Many of the best models are compatible with smartphones. Check for an app that allows you to save maps, schedules and select cleaning modes.
1. Eufy Omni S1 Pro
Eufy's gunmetal-and-gloss black Omni S1 Pro is one of the most impressive robot vacuums and mop combos available on the market. It makes use of lidar to navigate, creating maps of rooms and floors.
The S1 was capable of mapping my downstairs quickly, which has linoleum in the dining area, kitchen, and bathrooms and a large rugs and a medium-pile. It easily drove close to walls without colliding with them, and even managed to cross thresholds that were raised in the room without issue, though it occasionally was unable to navigate down the stairs in one pass. The S1 did a good job cleaning hard floors. Its mop moved smoothly on its flat side and raised itself when it reached carpets or carpets.
The S1's docking station automatically emptys its trash bin and fills its onboard water tank with clean, ozonated waters prior to every mopping session. The dock provides a deep-cleaning solution to the water. The S1 water tank can hold enough for 12 cleaning sessions, but this will vary based on how often you use the mop.
The S1 requires periodic maintenance, just like any other 2-in-1 robots. For this, you'll need to rinse out the dirty water tank regularly to avoid it from clogging. You will also need to clean your sensors and swivel wheel regularly to avoid them becoming blocked by dirt or dust. But, overall the S1 is easy to maintain, especially when compared to other combos that require more hands-on maintenance.
2. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete
Ecovacs' all-in-one robot vacuum and mop is a powerful solution for your cleaning requirements. The Ecovacs robot vacuum comes with 8,700Pa suction power and comes with a variety of innovative features including voice control and smart path scheduling that cleans furniture and eliminates obstacles. Its mopping capability is impressive. Rotating mops actually lift the floor and scrub it instead of just drag a pad across a surface. The mops are also cleaned and dried at the base station, as required.
The robot comes with a simple interface that guides you throughout the process. It comes with a hand vacuum that recharges for those areas that the robot can't reach as well as two water tanks that are automatically empty and refilled when required. It comes with a range of useful settings to fine-tune your cleaning preferences.
The Deebot X2 Combo Complete does a good job at vacuuming, with a strong suction that effortlessly picks up all kinds of debris, including the smaller bits of dust that other robots struggle with. Its navigation capabilities are pretty good, although it can get stuck on small area mats and rugs in my home (which you can reduce by creating virtual boundaries in the app). Mopping capabilities are very good with a pair of spinning mop pads that lift and scrub the floor, rather than just dragging the pad across it. The mops can also be cleaned with heated water, and dried in the base station when needed. The mops are also refilled from the top of the base station when required.
3. Dreame X40 Ultra
Dreame's X30 Ultra robot vacuum and mop were released earlier in the year. But their new flagship model is packed with impressive features. It has outstanding cleaning performance and hands-off maintenance making it a top contender for our top mop and robot vacuum list. Its superior mapping capabilities, RGB AI smart detection and a larger side brush ensure an efficient, custom-designed clean is accomplished.
The X40 Ultra does an excellent job of vacuuming and removing large and fine particles from both hard floors and carpets. It also cleaned our test's most soiled areas efficiently, while keeping pet hairs from getting caught in knots and other dirt. The sweeping capability of the machine is enhanced by a sidebrush which automatically moves out to reach areas that are difficult to reach, and mop pads that run across baseboards.

Its navigation system is intelligent that can navigate tight spaces and climbing stairs without missing a beat. It can go from one room to another without having to change direction. This is a great feature for large homes with multiple rooms. Its obstacle avoidance is less advanced than some competitors, and leaves a huge space between obstacles. This could lead to miss-hit spots.
The interface of the app is simple and well-organized. It should be easy to use for novice and experienced users. The app lets you schedule and manage cleanings, change suction power and mopping settings and view 3D and 2D maps, and much more. It can be controlled via the app, Alexa or Google Assistant. You can even remotely control the X40 Ultra camera for real-time monitoring. You will require a stable WiFi connection to run the app and external controls.
4. Roomba Q5 Pro
Robot vacuums are fantastic at picking up dirt and debris but they aren't able to reach all dust. That's why it's important to use your regular vacuum at least once every week, and especially to remove dust from corners and on shelves and in the crevices of your couch. Roborock's Q5 Pro, a 2-in-1 robot that vacuums and mop, is designed to do exactly that. It is easy to connect to your home Wi-Fi network and works with Alexa or Apple Siri.
use this link is an unadorned version of the company's expensive S-series models, which include the top-of-the-line Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra. It is equipped with a similar LIDAR mapping sensor, but it saves price by eliminating the mopping functionality and by using a lower-cost plastic body.
The Q5 is one of the most powerful vacuums and mopping machines we've seen in this price range even though it's not able to wipe your floor. It has powerful 5500Pa suction and an automatic emptying system, so you don't have to empty the bin manually every time. It comes with a smart application that lets you schedule cleaning times and set the floor type. It also features an automatic water tank filling and washing system that is hands-free.
The mops also stand out with their 2700Pa power to take on pet hair and dirt, on both carpets and hard floors. The Q5 is one of the few robots we tested that didn't have any issues with high-pile carpets or area rugs, but it couldn't clean up cat litter or cable tangles and cable tangles, which isn't a surprise considering it doesn't include AI-powered obstacle avoidance.
5. K10 Plus
K10 Plus is the quietest robot vacuum we've ever tested. It also uses a unique mapping system that lets it reach tight corners and corners that other vacuums can't. This device also stores dust in a larger bin which means you need to empty it less often. Additionally, it has washable filters that further lower the expenses associated with using the device. This robot can detect carpets, and boost suction when needed. You can also mark off areas you want to be able to keep from using the app.
